I'm only hearing KCMO traffic too... no JoCo.

It went silent at 11.50am here in joco according to the scanner logs.

As an update to this, it would appear JoCo's simulcast system is in failsoft mode. Am scanning on the conventional channels, and its coming through on both scanners, albeit - broken audio everywhere.

For anyone that listens to the scanner i host on Broadcastify, things should be back to normal now.
Looks like a major channel change in Johnson County on the MARRS system.
Do an update to your frequency sets. Looks like some channels have been moved around.
Namely the Control Channels. Just Updated the data-base after a few hours CC monitoring.
Also you check your WyCo and KCMO and East Jackson County sets as well.
