I have also been hearing them on the SS911 700 system as of yesterday. It's great to finally hear both the base and mobile units now (I'm mostly in the south end).

What IWN sites are these talkgroups being carried on? In the data base there are only two sites listed for Pierce county (Tacoma, and Naselle) and one site in Thurston county (Olympia). Can anyone attest to the coverage of these sites?

When did Naselle move 100+ miles north from Pacific County?

IWN covers very well in Pierce County....the populated parts.

I think I've written this before, but don't go off the db.

Grass covers a great chunk of Pierce and south King. The Tacoma site is a specialized low-altitude one.

Ok, site 108. That's all I needed to know. Now we can update the db and rename it Grass Mountain so that its accurate and other people can "go off of it" Than again, I have tried to submit accurate IWN site names but db admn didn't take them. I tried to change 107 North Seattle to Gold mountain and south Seattle to BOA. And following the pattern of NACs on the IWN means the NAC is 718. No pro96com needed. And something gives me the impression that you've done work on the IWN or know people who have.

Unitunker trunker and Pro96Com report site info different, here at this site we use the Unitrunker format so drop the 1 from 108 we would list the site as 08. And from what I can see your last 2 years of submission have all been added. So I am not sure what the Admins here did not like.

The IWIN is interesting? I hear Seattle on several sites but have not heard Tacoma on any of the IWIN repeaters. Anyone else hearing Tacoma on IWIN?

Yes.

But the site listed as tacoma is a local site, an IR.. very local coverage.

Keep in mind, units need to be affiliated for a TG to be active on a given site.

Site 27 OR (Boardman) is Joe Butte (Crook County)
Site 28 OR (Site 40) is Prospect OR (Jackson County)
Site 29 OR (Eagle Point) Is Bear Mountain (Jackson County)

Boardman, Oregon is in Morrow County not Crook.

Site 28 is Prospect Hill in Salem in Marion County not Prospect, Oregon in Jackson County in Southern Oregon. This site can be heard all over the northern Willamette Valley.

Site 29 Bear Mountain is in SE Lane County SE of Eugene not Jackson County in Southern Oregon.
