For the antenna? It came with it. I use these for my 396XT and 396T.

For the wireless powering, I used a microUSB QI receiver and an angled miniUSB cable. I cut the cable to length, pealed back the sticky tape like covering, desolder (braid works best for this application), stripped the USB cable, and soldered the black and red wires to negative and positive on the QI receiver pad.

Hadn't noticed any.

Only thing I don't like is it gets pretty warm. I only did it to see if it would work.
