The repeater has to be capable of handling DMR in order for it to pass it.
Some repeaters will operate in dual mode. If a person TX in analog it will pass analog, if they TX in DMR, it will pass DMR.
But a normal analog only repeater will not pass DMR.
If it's a DMR repeater, yes. If not, no. Their DMR is on a very tall building so I bet you could access it from Belleville.
