No, not through Broadcastify. All feeds are public.

You can set up a private feed.
I have 11 private feeds and only those I allow can access them. (And.... of course, the hackers too!

Cab you give me a explanation of how it works...Is it only for PC users or can smart phones use the private feeds?

You can listen on any computer OR smart phone. Just listen using an mp3 player.
On the computers I use WINAMP ... mostly.
On my Android phone I use XiiaLive and 'Scanner Radio'... mostly.
The same, or similar apps are available for other phones.
You just add the URL to the app and make it a 'Favorite'

Here's one you can try.
It's the local power company P25 trunking system and isn't very active at night unless there's a storm, building fire, gas leak, or power outage.
