ProScan: Pro scan question

Programming a bcd996xt and I don't understand why under quick keys/search key tab the quick key has a group name that appears but in the other group quick keys it doesn't?

I noticed the trunking systems names don't show in the Group Quick Key Status drop down box. Do you have any groups (containing TGID's) nodes under the trunking systems nodes? When downloading, are you downloading both the systems and configurations?

Yes i have groups in the trucking nodes, I have no idea why they are not showing up either. Like downloading from RR database or downloading to the scanner?

Try downloading from the scanner. You could always email me the database file so I can see what's happening.
