The Snowbirds have agreed to do a mini-performance over the Granite Ridge Golf course just north of Milton on Thursday afternoon in support of a charity tourney for PTSD & drug addiction.

See this link:

Snowbirds set to take flight over Milton Thursday

This should occur at or just after 3:30PM.

All Hornets are here, they flew over my building at Dixie and Eglington. Nicely shook the windows :)

Brietling Jet team arrived Monday afternoon around 3:20PM

Snowbirds were playing on 246.5 today . Additional activity was heard on 116.0 and 117.0 .

Expect them on the air around 2:15pm( Sat/Sun/Mon ) . They should be in the box approx 8 min later .
Show is scheduled to end at 3pm. Likely their main freq will be 272.1 or 246.5 .

Years ago the Breitling jet team were using 136.950
Also none military aircraft were on 123.600
They were also using that frequency to broadcast the pilots to the crowed

Is there anyway to listen to the commentary that comes over the speakers? I'm a few blocks away.
Thanks.

No but if they talk to the pilot you will here it on 123.600 or 119.200
Those are your best bet

Wow I just seen the lineup of performers in the London airshow
115 hawk. F15 f16 f22 and snowbirds and f18
Why did our 4 hour long awesome airshow with all of those acts become a sad short lineup
They can't bring us displays here but they seem to be going everywhere else
I'm sorry for being upset about it but I have been going to the cne airshow since I have been 12 and I have seen it go from a great airshow to a sad display

I agree it has slimmed down but it was smaller and sleeker and less wait between acts even though there were less performers than other years. I also tend to like the 12:00 start as opposed to 1:00.

I checked out the London Lineup and it looks very tempting to do a road trip September 17th.

They do that every year - the school is named after a Snowbird pilot who was killed. And so after CIAS, on the first day of school, the Snowbirds always do a flypast in Whitby.
