As of the last week or so I have noticed a decrease in signal strength from the Trinity EMS VHF frequency (155.1600) and almost no signal strength from the UHF (453.6125) and I know the LTR trunk has gone dark so not sure if it's my new BCD436HP that is the issue or if Trinity EMS is making changes and if so what? Anyone have any clues?

A thought would be to look at DMR of some sort. Did the LTR system (County Communications?) go off line totally or was it converted to a digital system?
Another thought would be that they moved to the ICE MotoTrbo trunk network.
As I recall, the VHF frequency was for communications with some of their 9-1-1 contracts.
The FCC database shows 155.385. It also shows 453.5625.
They also have a license for

with repeater inputs 5 Mhz higher.
Just some random thoughts.

They're odd sometimes. They operated on an LTR out of Hudson NH for a while, and then they set up another LTR out of Lowell for just the Lowell area operations. All the while keeping the VHF (155.1600) active in a Base/Mobile setup. The Haverhill area operations were operating on the Essex County LTR system, but I haven't heard activity on that in a few years. The 155.16000 is still very active for Lowell Ops.
I had the same thought with the DMR there are a couple systems that cover this area, I've been keeping an ear out for them and PrideStar. Most likely they would both switch.

Listening to the MotoTrbo systems, especially the ICE system, is a good idea. I don't get up that way very often, so I don't get to listen much.

Pridestar operates on the Dispatch Communications Hudson Site TGID is 0-01-151 and 0-01-152. My 436HP seems to have issues receiving the ICE system from where I am. I know Trinity was on an LTR out of Lowell last year 452.2125 (LCN 1) and 453.6125 (LCN 5) that has gone dark now I only know where to find the 911 Lowell Ops on the VHF

Some of the County Communications sites seem to be migrating to NXDN, which might explain why sites aren't heard on analog any more.
It seems like Trinity has or had a patchwork of different systems. A wider area network would make sense.
