Hi, i would like to know if someone is able to tell me if Magog fire are on a encrypted frequency? beacause i can't hear nothing on those frequency (418.53750, 422.45000, 410.06250, 413.08750)

Not encrypted, but the emission is F2DFN and is digital according to Industry Canada website.

Do you have a digital scanner?

I own the Uniden BC125AT (this is my first scanner) it seems the central levis (dispatch magog) use the dpl tone will it work since i can program that kind of tone?

F2 is audio FSK and not indicative of digital voice...data or some sort of on-channel signaling. The 410 frequencies are 16F3 which is good old analog FM.
