2016 Cedar Rapids Flood Comms

Flood area ops is working on ICS 3 on the Linn County P25 System.

Iowa State Patrol is also on ICS 3 and car to car(155.430).

Iowa National Guard is using 8TAC92(852.0125), which is also patched into the Linn County System.

All other dispatch channels are very busy as well.

No. It's a conventional analog repeater.
