Proscan No Audio

Using Proscan on a 996XT I remotely programmed in a P25 system. I can see the system working with TG ID's displaying, but cannot hear any audio. I also remotely programmed in 2 custom search ranges, can see activity but again no audio. Otherwise it's working great for systems that were programmed locally. Any ideas?

Do you have audio out of the scanner?
Do you have an audio cable connected from the scanner to the soundcard input?
Are the Windows Mixer level controls up?
Are the ProScan audio input level controls up?
Are the ProScan level meters showing audio activity?
Do you hear audio locally on the computer?

{edit} If using the Record out jack on scanner, do you have the channels set to record?
