Hi everyone!

It's INTERNATIONAL ROLL CALL time!

Now that Whistler is widening our reach with our scanners now being available in the UK, we'd love to know where else everyone is from!

If you are not in the US, post and let us know what country you are in!

Happy Scanning!

WW

Hi,

Kev here from Sydney Australia. I have a TRX-1 which I bought online from the USA. DMR is very popular here in Australia. A lot of Business users have moved to DMR trunked systems.

I know of others in Sydney also using TRX-1 and TRX-2's

Canada .. and love your scanners.

But due to encryption .. will never buy another one. Just sad about that.

Waiting for the NXDN update and release in Europe of Whistler scanners.
Would be very nice to have DMR and Nexedge in 1 scanner.
Hint: Tetra is also used widely across Europe... ;-)

Another vote for Australia, particularly Victoria which has 60K volunteer firefighters and many more scanner listeners. We need a remote head like the TRX-2.

I am in Melbourne Australia.
Enjoying my TRX-1 (big thumbs up to Scanner Master!), at last being able to hear many of the services now on DMR whilst out and about.

I will be purchasing a TRX-2 in the very near future for the car.
The remote head is just the thing for replacing a (U)BCD-996T/RH-96 combo.

A bandplan to suit Australia would be a huge advantage!

Thanks Whistler and Wendy for making DMR available in a neat package!
Eagerly awaiting NXDN.

Regards, Commscanaus.
