JPJ Communications - new DMR Network

Does anyone know if JPJ is setting up a new DMR system?

I'm seeing what looks like DMR idle bursts every 10 seconds on 454.575 which is assigned to JPJ for their MPT-1327 Scribner site. I'm getting a strong signal with the yagi pointed East toward Utica/Oneida (from Phoenix).

I haven't tried to decode the bursts yet.

Looks like there's also 10 second idle bursts on 452.0 at the Smith Hill site as well.

Did they really, say it's not so

452.000 KTJ690 for CENTRO May be new DMR or NXDN system. Did not decode the bursts yet.

Can anyone int the Utica Area Help out to find out what the digital modulation is?

452.000 is on smith hill and is now dmr, centro is not on this repeater.
454.575 is in Oneida and is now dmr sister site to smith hill
we are using Hytera repeaters and radios
