Appanoose County Digital?

I had a caller today who said that Appanoose County SO has gone digital. So far the dispatcher seems analog for now but she isn't hearing the cars.

Anyone in the area that can clarify this?

I might be able to help muddy the water. Some of the counties around Appanoose County have went P25 conventional. I looked at Appanoose County and they do have some P25 channels per the FCC license. I'm not really close, but I will throw all there frequencies into a radio and see what I find.
