what are good compression f connectors for rg6 quad shield

ppc ex6 are what most cable and dish installers use. Can be had on ebay in bags of 50.

I agree with that!

Back in 2007 I had a lightning strike that took out a bunch of scanners, preamps, computers, TV's, etc..

I pulled all the RG6 and replaced everything with new stuff.
I used more than 1,000' of good, solid copper RG6 and hundreds of PPC EX6XL fittings.
I've been completely satisfied with the results.

In 2007 I think the price for 1,000 PPC EX6XL fittings was around $89 on ebay.
They're somewhat more now.

I've tested many brands for a large satellite company (largest in the US) and PPC is fine, it was chosen for home installations more for price than anything else.

My favorite is T&B Snap-N-Seal and I buy the red version for my personal use. Even though home installers for my company used PPC, I wired up many of the company buildings huge internal satellite distribution systems with red Snap-N-Seal and that is what our internal contractors were required to use.

T&B has connectors for regular and quad shield but the red is universal and works great on all types of RG-6 including quad shield.
