When programming a P 25 trunking system, do I just need to put the talk groups in a scan list or do I have to program them in each site?

Talk groups go in a Scan List, you then assign that Scan List to the trunking system (like the GRN) irrespective of the number of sites in that system. Hope that makes sense?
