KSICS Talkgroup 594

I have logged a new talk group on the KSICS system. I have narrowed it down to a law enforcement talk group of some sort however I am not sure which area this officer belongs to as I do not have that in my scanner and it is not showing up in the system. If somebody would be so kind as to narrow it down I would greatly appreciate it and other listeners in the area would greatly appreciate it.

I will monitor on the Harvey County site. Did you hear it on the Hutch site?

Yeah, he was out at KLETC. Only traffic I've heard is that one transmission.

I have narrowed it down to a law enforcement agency in the western half of the state, possibly north of K-96. The officer was talking about snowpacked roads to Ness City, wet east of there.
