DSD FL: FMP24 problem

Zadig has already setup the drivers as usual and FMP sees 2 RTL devices, but I keep getting usb_open error -12 on device 1 and 2.

This is the FMP24 that came in the latest 2.39 update. I didn't put it in one of the supported releases, this is completely new and not derived from a 1.101 release. Is that where I messed up at?

Also, I put in the DLL files from 1.101 because it needed libusb-1.0

Also, this issue was fixed. Now I have a problem with a P25 Phase 1 not locking onto the first few talkgroups of the system (1 2 and 3). I've emailed the developers and sent a sample, but who else has had this problem and if they fixed it?

Using NooElec SDRSMART x2, been tested on Windows 10, Windows 8.1 (mobile on laptop going near site tower) and Windows 7 with the same result.

I'm curious, what was causing the -12 error?

I had to redo the drivers. When I first plugged them in, I set them to WinUSB. Then windows took them over somehow, so I had to do them again. Also the devs sent a fix to my problem. Not sure what caused it as they have not replied, but I'm good now.
