Listening to the control channel on the dallas site, 483.200 its not decoding on my BCD436HP with DMR, full signal, and it doesnt sound like normal DMR, so it probably is NXDN.

Actually, IDAS, which is extremely similar to NXDN. Using NXDN should monitor well, some advanced features may not work

iDAS is NXDN. NextEdge is also NXDN. The difference is between the two manufacturers and the features they choose to be proprietary, primarily with the network interfaces and how iDAS won't support a digital 12.5 kHz channel where NextEdge will. It's the difference between Xd and MotoTRBO (which are both Tier II and Tier III compliant with some proprietary features rolled in).

So, Tom, I'm not sure what Azle is doing. I show the following;

483.2000 NXDN48 L266 Site 3 RAN 3

452.3625 TIII H2-7.5 Color Code 7
452.3875 TIII H2-7.7 Color Code 7

I'm assuming H2 is the network; 7 is the area and .x is the site.

I think that the 452.3625 frequency is Crosspoint Communications (DFW) at Cedar Hill and the 452.3875 is them at Allen

I've monitored the Allen site as well, but haven't heard any voice traffic yet. Has anyone had any luck hearing voice on these frequencies yet?
