BCD325P2/BCD996P2: Possible TDMA/Motoboro Programming Question

I am wondering how to program this system,
I recently stopped hearing a local amusement park on the long used analog channels, when I remove the PL Codes from the channels that they used to use it sounds digital but not encrypted, I tried to program the Frequencies as standard digital, P25 Trunk and Mot Type 2. I am not sure if this is even the system types they have as I have not been able to hear anything from them for a few months.

You will need to purchase the DMR key from the Uniden website and then install it on your 996. However if the signal is encrypted/scrambled, then you will be out of luck for monitoring it.

I'll add that when listening to raw digital data, there is no way to know whether that signal is encrypted or not. It will sound the same either way.
