By consulting the database! Tab at top of the screen...to state...to county...to your town of interest to frequency

Frequency

There is no rule for the difference as in ham radio. In the RR database for your area, it says input frequency under the state map and the box next to it says hidden. Click the arrow and select "Shown". A new column will be added to the frequency lists with the info you want.

You can also look up the info in the FCC database. Not as convenient, but definitely accurate.

Look it up in the FCC database. If you don't know how to do that then post the department county and state, or the licensee, and somebody can look it up for you.

It won't show up in the RadioReference database until somebody submits it.
