DPS going to P25 trunking

The other day I picked up the new DPS P25 system used on White Tanks. Not sure if only Phoenix area is going trunking or the whole state for DPS.

There isn't a new DPS P25 system.

Are you referring to AZWIN ? DPS CI folks have been active on this TRS. Sometimes, you can hear patrol being patched into the DPS CI-Central and CI-South talkgroups...

In the Phoenix metro area, there are sites on the White Tanks, South Mtn., Shaw Butte, and Thompson Peak. If you're in the NW Valley, there's a site on Towers Mtn as well. If you're in the far SE Valley (Queen Creek, San Tan Valley), try Pinal Peak.
