Whistler 1088 software question

Hello,
On my computer I have Whistler software version 2.18 The welcome text says WS 1080
Can I use this software for the WS 1088 too?

Per the Whistler website it appears it can be used with both scanners:

WS1080/WS1088 EZ SCAN

You can change the welcome text to read anything you want.

Software

GRE/RS scanners that were available in mobile and hand held models used the same software. Whistler had no reason to change this as these radios are near end of life and are very unlikely to have any firmware updates. I have the Pro 106 and it works very well but does not have the electronics to move into Phase II or other digital formats.

Thankfully, Whistler provided an update at a reasonable charge that took the GRE 800 and Pro 18 into these newer formats.
