The one map I can find basically sucks and often doesn't even load (or takes forever).

Tampa (FL) Police Department - The RadioReference Wiki

But here's the real question. Tampa PD has 3 districts, but 6 dispatch channels. So how do we tell which area each dispatch channel covers? Like if I'm looking at District 1, it says Sector A and Sector B. So what geographic area is each Sector?

1st Code 3 means lights and siren is any police district in the US. as for what district is what and what section is where. listen to the call use the map for Tampa. there are many maps for Tampa. have to tried the map on this app? RR. RESEARCH IS THE BIGGIEST PART OF SCANNING. take the time to look into it, instead of asking questions that can easily looked up your self and you will find that the hobby is more enjoyable.

These used to be on the TPD site, not sure if they are still there or not.

Or running hot. Or light it up.

They can say whatever they want but it isn't SOP.

Priority One: A priority one call is an emergency requiring the most rapid response reasonably possible in light of the existing conditions. Priority one calls are those which are in progress, involving potential death or serious injury. It also includes those calls, which have just occurred and involve death or serious injury. All pursuits will be handled priority one. It is the department’s goal to strive for an arrival time of eight minutes from the time of dispatch to the arrival of the first unit.

Priority Two: This is a police emergency of a less urgent nature, and requiring a less urgent response. An officer responding to a priority two police emergency will not travel at more than fifteen miles per hour in excess of the posted speed limit. Priority two is a means of expediting response to a less threatening emergency, and is less urgent
