Already a heavy amount of Irma prep on the airwaves. I'd like to keep this focused on storm mutual aid and uncommon/new freqs.

BCD-436 search&close call hits 8 Sept. Loc was middle GA :

151.1375- VTAC 11/36 FM CT156. 7
Unid Vehicles in convoy discussing entry route into Robins AFB

154.905 - GA intrastate coord ' Stateband'. FM simplex
Notes : While mobile ivo Macon / I-475 numerous unmarked SUVS filling up with fuel. Personnel wearing Georgia DCS IRT (Incident Response Team) gear. Never heard about these guys until today - - > https://dcs.georgia.gov/about-us

154.385 - FM Simplex
Numerous Unid vehicles with informal chit-chat discussing exiting I-75 exit 144.

410.6625- P25 ENC
Listed as USAR TF.

409.4625- P25 ENC
Listed as FEMA MERS 15

Many of those FEMA/MERS channels are shared.
Without the NAC, hard to confirm who it actually is.

I'm surprised you picked up 154.385 clearly. That's Byron's input to their encrypted NXDN repeater.

Picking up 453.4875 GSP Mobile Extender UHF 1 as I type this couple of GSP units talking.

Edit...Just picked up. 151.1375 Unknown units leaving on to i75 South.

Relic : from the way they were talking the units were unfamiliar with the area. Maybe out of towners? Sounded like a motor pool of vehicles heading to Robins AFB. They were just plain FM - No DMR.
