Hey guys I have a Uniden BCD996P2 and I want to program it for Pinellas County Sheriff and Clearwater Police. I have a radio reference account and I am using proscan software to program it. What is confusing the heck out of me is all these frequency for pinellas county. Which should I use. There is Site 002, 004, 005, 010, 012 Each of these have many frequencies. Which ones should I be using. I wish there was an easier way to program these scanners.
