Rmc ambassadors program

I learned today that the company RMC has been contracted out by the university of Virginia to do patrols of w main and university as well as the lawn area at UVA. The lawn area especially in light of the events in charlottesville in August 12. Rmc ambassadors are wearing Motorola ht’s with speaker mics. A look at the fcc database shows nothing listed to rmc. Under commonwealth of va perhaps?
