Can anyone confirm these findings to be king and queen or Essex? Heard it last night around 1am with a talk group of 1541 but lot of encryption no open audio and found only two frequencies 460.175 and 460.4625
Aren't they getting a new trunk system?

A lot to unpack here.
CPerk - it looks like one frequency is generating the first screen shot, and another is generating the second screen shot. Which frequency goes with which picture?
Allen - were you able to get RFSS, site IDs, and/or WACNs for the two frequencies you heard as control channels?
I suspect the two counties are running a joint system, but we're going to need more information.
The WACN (9281A) and System ID (00A) shown in the pictures "convert" to "WQYYXJ" when run through this site:
Project 25 WACN and System ID Conversion to Callsign
Sure enough, Essex's license begins with WQYY:

Based on the format of the WACN/System ID, I think we can confidently say this is a Harris system (not Motorola).

Harris UHF P25 Phase 2- and just about 100 percent secure communication (encryption) with exception of Fire Rescue Dispatch for volunteers.
On 5/20/18 I was hearing a CC on 453.2625, and on 5/31 it was on 460.4625. Was showing 00A as either NAC or system ID.
Am also apparently hearing King & Queen simulcast on Cox DMR systems in both Roanoke (464.225) and New Kent (461.875). Fire/Rescue seems to use TG 2002 and am hearing what I think might be the Sheriff on 3003. Given the geography of the county, it might be productive to check out Cox's Fredericksburg an Gloucester sites
