It looks like this site came on line over the weekend. Control channel is 859.5375 but right now it's too weak to decode at my location. No new site neighbors on Walters and Lawton analog sites yet.

It's site number 1-068.
Control channel is still 859.5375 today and has NAC 928.

Today the control channel is gone but they are running BER test patterns or something on the different repeaters at times.

Control channel is back on the air.
Conditions are good today and now I am able to run Unitrunker on it.
859.5375 pri cc 859.0375 alt cc.
So far no traffic and no site neighbors.
Band plan indicates it's phase II capable.

In the past few days I have been able to run Unitrunker for several hours.
It has the right callsign now.
So far I have only seen one radio ID show up on two talkgroups, 771 Telecom D and 2475 Telecom C on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Today it is showing two neighbors 1-20 Arbuckle Mtn and 1-38 Ardmore.
I haven't seen any traffic today.

This morning conditions are not very good and I'm not getting good decoding but I saw several affiliations, denials and voice calls so the site is probably in actual use now.
