How do I get the windsor ontario bell fleet net on my baofeng gt-3 ? I'm trying to moniter ems in windsor essex ontario canada

You could program the voice channels of the Windsor site and monitor it conventionally but you wouldn't be able to filter out the digital talkgroups. Just make sure you disable transmit on those channels.

it wont follow the trunking either. have you considered trying the MOH repeater channels in the 413 area

I agree with alex5774 be 10000% sure you cannot transmit on the freq.

Boafeng can't do trunking you need the voice channels for moh I suggest use the repeaters and the 149.440
