River Parish Region Public Safety System

Hey guys (and gals), found another site recently for the River Parish Region system. Site 106 appears to be in or close to Baton Rouge. The few frequencies I saw (little activity) showed as being assigned to E. Baton Rouge parish (KNJU727). I need to get up there and run pro96COM for awhile and see for sure what the specifics are. However, it did show as system 454 with a site of 106. So, it appears something might be changing in the BTR area. I picked this site up from 5 miles or so west of La 415 almost to the Livingston exit so I feel that it probably is in the Baton Rouge area proper. I wonder if EBRSO is planning on moving to the river region system?? Anybody know or heard anything?? The little activity I heard so far were 10xxx fire talkgroups. Well, happy monitoring.

Wonder if someone is leaving LWIN. Best as I can tell this site is in or near Central, La. At the Micky D's on Magnolia bridge Rd I get 100% decode rate using Pro96COM. Any body know what Central P.D. is using??

I can't seem to locate this system in the DB. What and where is it please?

It's more than likely this system that is listed in the database: Ascension / St. James / St. John The Baptist Regional Public Safety System.
