Nice. I’m going to do something similar in my car with my 2 scanners and a remote head for a ham radio. My cousin is a welder/metal fabricator and is going to make me a powder coated steel plate to mount my heads on so I can mount it on a gooseneck AMPS mount.

Looks great, but I'd opt for black instead of white. It draws too much attention to itself. Is that easily removable? That setup would last about two minutes in most parts of Michigan. At the very least I'd have to drape a giant litter bag, or hoodie over it when I'd have to leave it out in public when I'm not around.
