This new was also on the local tv news broadcast last night and they were saying that there wold be a new radio system, spring of 2019.

I didn't realize the existing building off Exeter Road (?) was so old it needed replacing.

London PCC has expanded several times since that building was built. It's quite crowded in there these days. They need a new one...

No the don't. Info sharing would be done thru whatever official channels departments use (CPIC, Niche etc).
