Colorado Airport Receives Notice of Unlicensed Operation from the FCC

The San Luis Valley Regional Airport in Alamosa, Colorado, received a notice of unlicensed operation from the FCC.
The Denver office of the FCC’s Enforcement Bureau received a complaint from the San Luis Valley Regional Airport concerning possible interference to its aeronautical advisory station frequency, 122.8 MHz. On September 19, agents from the Denver Office investigated the matter on-scene, observing operation by SLVRA employees and aircraft on 122.8 MHz at the airport.
