There were recent talks of Schoharie making the leap (on the fire side) to a fully VHF system where the SO was allowing use of (or giving...) an existing VHF frequency they have licensed to them in addition to the currently licensed Jefferson VHF frequency (which I have yet to hear traffic on) to make this happen. Anyone have insight on this?

Yeah... I make sure I monitor 151.0775 as well but there was some serious chat in a radio group on Facebook about transitioning alerts to a 155.#### frequency and mentioned the SO and Jefferson Fire. I could only imagine utilizing 155.04 (SCSO Channel 3) and 155.415 (JFD) for what they've referred to thus far. How exactly does 46.18 -> 151.0775 work? Is everything passed through at Schoharie 9-1-1??

Yes i hear all calls and trucks via whatever tower i hear on 151.0775 (not sure which one) As far as dispatching it seems to follow 46.18 for now anyway

Yeah... I keep both on anyway, but I find it strange that there are 2 other VHF frequencies on the license for mobiles/transmit. Wasn't sure if there was some sort of repeater set up on 151.0775.
