HP-2: Favorites to Full database and back

What is the best (easiest) way to go from favorites to full database and back?

Have searched and my poor eyes have failed me!

Add Channels On Range Sentinel menu option if you're trying to populate a Favorite List from the Main Database.

Menu - Set Scan Selection - Select Lists to Monitor if you want to toggle between monitoring Favorite List(s) and the Main Database while scanning.

Just one or the other. I thought I had read somewhere that one of you had said how, I just could not find it!
