The purpose of this post is to inquire about the completeness of frequencies provided by
radio reference for casinos in the Tulsa area, including River Spirit and Hard Rock.

Based on my interest, and listening to each above-mentioned organizations DMR systems,
it is clear to me that there are frequencies that these agencies are using that are clearly
not posted here on the site.

A differential hypothesis might be that these organizations are encrypting certain frequencies.

However, based on my listening, there are many IDs (that are not listed in the
database) that I hear on a regular basis - that are not identified. ( surveillance etc.)

Moreover, some scanners, including those manufactured by Whistler (Whistler TRX-1)
that has profound difficulties following both DMR systems

Some advice: instead of trying to listen to these systems programmed as DMR,
you will hear more if you program -as conventional- ( in certain situations )

Hopefully we will have more frequency information by others (who have more
( perhaps inside ) information)

On another topic, where can I find dispatch for:

The signal should be appreciable in the Tulsa area.
Are they on they on the new P25 site?

Thanks for any help or commentary!!

Yes, one would think so…

I assume the FCC requires all Private companies to disclose, publicly, -all-their frequencies?

It appears all frequencies are not made available, or they are using encryption
Everything on RadioReference is crowd-sourced. If it's not listed it's because nobody submitted it. In most places what is listed in RadioReference is just the tip of a big iceberg. There is normally a LOT missing in most parts of the country.

The FCC doesn't hide land mobile radio license data or frequencies. Encryption has nothing to do with it. You can still easily find encrypted transmissions.

If you can't find a business or state/local/tribal government frequency then either:
1. They are using frequencies licensed to some other entity.
2. They are using MURS or FRS which don't require a station license.
3. They are illegally using frequencies without a license.

ND5Y - or #4 if a business, they lease radios and the freqs they use are licensed to their provider.
