I was able to locate this from last March with timeline.
•New Timeline:
•3/1/17 –Initiate Civil Construction
•12/15/17 –Infrastructure Acceptance Testing
•2/15/18 –Complete Coverage Testing
•4/01/18 –Final System Acceptance

In other words, check back in 2020.
But seriously, I saw something on the news last week in a Manatee County court room. One of the bailiffs still had one of those classic MR-K II radios. Wow those are old!
