It looks like there's talk of expanding Minnesota's ARMER system into Cass County/Fargo, ND area. This is a first for the ARMER system. There are some cross-border agencies that have participation agreements, but it would be the first time an entire neighboring county would be migrating entirely onto the system. I believe the plan is for a 4 site simulcast subsystem in the Fargo area and 5 standalone sites elsewhere. Would piggyback off of the zone 6 controller.

Apparently the Fargo-Moorhead area is unique in that Fargo actually does the dispatching for both sides of the river. This will greatly enhance operations between the two cities.

Sounds like it was approved at the state meeting back in either October Or September. I think biggest reason to this is with Red River Region Dispatch Center out of Fargo dispatching for both sides of the river. All of Clay County and City of Moorhead all live in ARMER now. FM ambulance has yet to switch but is patched to ARMER
