Feed Transfer

There is a feed in my area that the owner is going to discontinue. I am interested in hosting the same frequencies that he has on his feed. Can radio reference do a transfer of ownership on a feed and transfer ownership of his feed to me if he consents to it, or will i need to submit a new feed application for my area with all the information he had on the existing one?

Yes they can, I took over the Bernalillo County feed in New Mexico and it took a day or two to get it done. Have the original provider put in the request and assign you as the new provider.
