Does anyone have the frequency that the Delaware County Engineer uses for road maintenance? I have found 159.120 output with 156.06 input that claims to be used, but hear nothing but data there. Appreciate any help.

A little bit of digging into the FCC database shows the listed callsign as Expired.

The current callsign shows WQOX238 with the following frequencies:

151.0100
153.8600
156.0600
159.1200

All are listed for DMR (MotoTRBO) emissions. So you will need one of the newer scanners with DMR capability or run DSD+ with a receiver that has a data port. Since you say you are hearing data on 159.120 it could be you are hearing their DMR transmissions on an non-DMR scanner.

Mark, thanks for the quick and accurate response. You are correct I am not using a DMR scanner to attempt listening to the Engineers. I do have a Uniden BCD996XT that I need to research it's capabilities here. I use it for Police and Fire scanning in and around Delaware county rather successfully. I have not yet attempt to receive conventional digital communications but will later this evening.

Thanks again.
