The freq. in the database seem to not be used anymore. I have been researching the listed frequencies for awhile now and nothing has been heard.
Does anyone have info on TVA police in Chattanooga?

Haven't been down there lately, but try the listed frequency as P25 digital.

Yes, TVA Security & Emergency Management has gone back to P25 after reverting back to analog for many years. (TVA Police still exists as non patrol "inspectors" and may still use the system.)
Try programming and listening to all the frequencies listed in the database regardless of associated location. In the former Muscle Shoals & Pickwick Sectors frequencies formerly used elsewhere are active now.
