I just got the FM trap filter yesterday, the 2.6 filter a couple of weeks ago. Can't wait to test this setup vs' my PAR filters or combination of both. My interests are 220-400 so I'll have to wait for the next RED FLAG at Nellis Jan 26th to really tell the difference. Always trying something different. Will be posting results after Feb 1. The antenna is DPD LP. I'm in Henderson, NV Green Valley area. Most of the time I get Red Flag just fine. I'm just trying these new filters for fun. I have the coax to the filters then to an EDA 8 port Drop Amp EDA-2800. Short jumpers to each scanner. 2x bct-15x/ 1 bct-15/ 1 pro-2051/ 1 BCD536hp/ 1 PSR-410/ 1 PSR-500/ 1 BC125AT/ and 1 Pro-2042. I know 9 not 8, I share one port for the 125at and the 500. Seems to handle it just fine. 500 monitors the trunking system at Nellis.

That copper foil and ferrit core over the mains cable, how did you notice you needed them and what kind of interference did you have?
