Rutherford county

I need help with Rutherford County, Please PM I can't get there viper to work.

Is Lake Lure on Viper or VHF?

Lake Lure VFD is on Viper. Not sure about the PD but my guess is they are on Viper too.

What about the input for the VHF channels. I will check VIPER next week.

As mentioned above, Lake Lure has VIPER capabilities but the rest of the county is on VHF. The database is correct for the county so use that with your scanner and you should do fine.

Lake Lure uses the county Sheriff's channel - analog 154.845 they are cars 700, 701 etc.
All Rutherford County fire uses analog 159.195 for dispatch
Both use statewide Viper for talk around or private conversations.

I have heard Rutherford Co on the following Viper repeaters:
Butte Mountain
Cedar Creek
Toxaway Mountain
Tryon Peak
Chimney Rock

I am new to the viper system so there could be more they broadcast on that I haven't heard yet.
