When I purchased my G4 his "No Returns" policy was a turn off for me and I purchased one from a dealer which accepted returns. I don't know if this was an Unication issue or not but he may want to change this policy as a scanner dealer. Otherwise, he has a good customer service reputation and should do well in the scanner business.
Ray listened and has updated policy on scanner returns.Looks fair to me.

No thats a fair question.
With Ham Station slowly closing and me being retired Ray and I have just discussed scanners.
Simple it is where I would and have bought radios from.
Just a customer, bought my G4 from him.
Being a former uniden,whistler dealer I have also answered questions Rays has had on scanners.
