I understand now that Upland PD has started using their P25 encrypted channel. Their analog talkgroup will be patched for a little while longer.

Yes from what I am hearing and understand almost all ie and county using p25 system all still being patched except Fontana, Colton, Redlands and SB. . All should be good till June .

Barstow police dept also went full digital. They only patched for a week until all their units got programmmed
