TACN is a Statewide system in Georgia?

If it is multiple counties, it is brought in as a statewide system. Of course, it won't actually be scanned unless there is at least one site and at least one department within range.

So then it shows as a Statewide system in a county on the other end of the state?

Doesn't make a lot of sense.

I would think that is more of a regional issue with the RRDB. Wouldn't it make more sense contacting the regional DB Admin?

It makes no difference to how things are scanned. It only affects where the system is shown in Sentinel.

There are several instances where the statewide system for State A shows up as a statewide system for State B, typically in bordering counties.

That's because there is a transmitter in an adjacent state in a "better" location. Thus you could be in the adjacent state, and hear the "owning" state's statewide system just fine.
