I currently have 20 favorite lists I created in the past for one state because I exported it from a database from another brand (RS). If I go back into Sentinal and change them all to, say, “1”, they should all merge into one list, correct? I have 4 other state databases that I have in their own lists and I want to do the same for my home state. I can go back later and assign number tags to the various systems of my home state so I can Avoid them as I see fit.

No. In fact, you can't use the same FLQK for multiple FL's.

To combine them, in the left pane, expand a FL then right-click on any system and select APPEND FAVORITES LIST...

Select the FL you want to move the system into. Repeat for every system in every FL you want to merge out of.

You can accelerate the process by clicking on the FL, then going to the system list on the right, clicking on any system, then pressing CTRL-A to select all systems, then right-clicking and selecting Append Favorite List. That will append all systems at once, rather than one system at a time.
