Black Hawk County - RACOM or CIRPCS?

I am going to be visiting this area soon and was wondering, have the entities in this area moved completely over to CIRPSCS?

Or is there still analog activity on RACOM?

Additionally, if there's still activity on RACOM, what are the actual site IDs for the Waterloo and Cedar Falls sites? From what I'm reading they should be 7 and 14?

As of today, there is activity on both systems as almost everything is being patched between the two.
