ND State radio database help needed

I've had some submissions and cleaning up the statewide agencies.

The ND State Radio under "public safety" looks like repeater inputs are listed separately from the repeaters. Can we confirm this or is it operated in a semi-duplex state?

If someone listed both the input and output accidently, I can condense this and clean up that section

They are operated semi-duplex car/base, mostly.

This system is semi duplex almost always.

Example is the units in the field will either use mobile 1 or mobile 2 and then Dispatch will come back on either Tower 1 or Tower 2. In some smaller counties the mobiles and Dispatch will talk simplex on 151.460.
